There are 3305 identified casualties. This includes 73 WW2 graves from the withdrawal to Dunkirk in May 1940.
Pte. Dominic Foaley. A Native of Moscow, Russia. Enlisted in the Newfoundland Regt. on 24/11/1915L/Cpl. Frederick Henry Buxton, aged 25 years of Brampton, Derbyshire. Fred’s cousin, Albert, was killed on 4th October and is commemorated on the Tyne Cot Memorial. Both were 9th Bn Sherwood Foresters.
