There are nearly 2500 burials in total. Of these, 954 are unknown.
The New Zealand memorial forms part of the entrance to the cemetery. It lists 840 men who were killed on the Ypres Salient and have no known grave. Many of the men named here would have died during the Battle of Messines in June 1917.
