Ridge Wood

This front line cemetery was in use from May 1915. The first graves were from the 2nd Royal Irish Rifles, then men of 18th, 19th, 20th and 21st Canadian Battalions were buried here. There are also men from the 9th Durham Light Infantry

There are 619 burials from the Great War of which 595 are Identified.

On a clear day there are excellent views to Kemmel. The Cemetery is in a lovely area and ideal for a coffee stop.
